Kanye complains abortion mommy bribes can cost up to 100K

I think what he means by "ballin'" is his basketball-playing friends. "STRAPUP" apparently means to wear a condom during sex. So he is advising his athlete friends to wear condoms during sex so they don't need to pay expensive abortion bribes after the girls get pregnant.

Huh. Maybe he should advise these ball players to date only girls from New York, where the African American abortion rate is 60%.  No wait.  Better hope they didn't see the new pro-life billboards.  They might get a conscience.
