"The wait is over. After several delays, Nicki Minaj finally debuts the futuristic video for “Starships,” the RedOne-produced single off her sophomore album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. Her Minajesty shot the sexy scenes on the beaches of Hawaii with director Anthony Mandler in March. A green-haired Nicki shows off her voluptuous body in a hot pink bikini and gets carried by Hawaiian hunks through the lush landscape.
“When it comes out it’s going to be very, very saucy and very exciting, and it’s going to be lots of fun and probably going to be my best one yet,” said Nicki. “It’s just one of those records that feels good and the video compliments that.”
